Booking Conditions

Please telephone Wendy Jones 01395 266636 or Email howard@artadventures.org.uk to request a booking form.

  1. Complete a booking form and send with a £10 deposit for each 1 day course booked. The Summer School deposit is £40. Cheques made payable to Artadventures LLP please.
     
  2. School bookings should be accompanied by an official school order.
     
  3. On receipt of your deposit, we will send a confirmation of your booking.
     
  4. Should we have to cancel due to illness or lack of numbers, you will be offered an alternative date or your deposit returned.
     
  5. Should you cancel giving a minimum of two weeks notice, we will try to accommodate you with an alternative date at no extra cost, or you will be given a credit against any other workshop in the same year.
     
  6. Cancellations without two weeks notice lose the deposit in full. There is no return of fee or free transfer to another day for clients who do not arrive at their workshop.
     
  7. Please note that whilst we conduct a risk assessment of all course locations we cannot be held responsible for accident, loss, or damage incurred during a workshop.
     
  8. Prices of paintings are based on the buyer collecting the work. Prices for shipping / transport / insurance will incur an additional charge.

Note: Dates may be subject to change according to numbers. A minimum of twelve students is needed to run a workshop. In the event of a workshop being cancelled by us you will be offered either an alternative date or your deposit returned.
